well...I am on vacation...but I remember that last weeks was "Do not let any unwholesome talk come out of your mouths, but only what is helpful for building others up according to their needs, that it may benefit those who listen." which is Ephesians 4:29

Are you asking for a program or specific verses we use?
Jim and I, on occassion, come up with specific verses we want the kids to memorize because of stuff going on at our house or because of specific things we want "engrained" in them, but for me to be diligent and constant, I find a "program" to be easier ;)
I've been using the scripture memory flashcards from thelearningparent (let me find you a link)..... https://www.thelearningparent.com/products.asp?cat=60&product=32
I have the "Making Wise Choices" Flashcard set. We go over them at meal times, and I add 2-3 at a time. I then have a scripture memory box (I think Jen in SC uses one like it and has a description on her blog?), and we pull them out as refreshers. These are GREAT :thumb: We've done specific verses on the tongue, on anger, on obeying parents, etc., etc. Just a couple of days ago, Cale came tattling about someone, and I prompted him, "Cale, it's not nice to tattletale. What does the Bible say the words of a talebearer are?" His response, "they're as wounds and cut to the innermost parts of the belly." We're able to put those scripture into action :hop:
They've been a wonderful resource for our family!

I really like the verses from Sword Fighting, a devotional with temptations and verses to combat them.

Depends on the child. :)
Each child has a weakness or an area they need to work on. I like to give them verses for that area so that as they learn to write well they also feed their soul with exactly what they need. One child is often writing verses about trust, lying, and obedience, while another child is often writing about courage, fear, and love.
I will admit that for the younger one I try to keep verses to only a sentence or so. :)

Some of the best resources I've used for Bible memory are Teaching Children by Diane Lopez, Memory Work Notebook by Paul G. Settle, and Well-Versed Kids.
Teaching Children lists Bible verses to memorize in each grade from 1st-6th. Memory Work Notebook lists Bible verses, catechism questions/answers, and hymns for age 3 through 12th grade.
If you want me to list verses for certain ages or pm you, I would be happy to do it. :)

The other thing we do is learn whole passages of scripture, which I learned from Alicia and Candace.
We started with Psalm 100. :)

The best decision I ever made was to teach my children Proverbs 15:1
"A gentle answer turns away wrath, but a harsh word stirs up anger."
I can't even explain what a difference it has made in our house.

Rachel, do you have Instructions In Righteousness? It's a great parenting tool, but works well in this instance too because you can quickly look up a verse under any topic for your child to memorize or copy. :D
