We did this today! I have always dreamed of doing this experiment, because when I was in 5th grade, I had a very memorable teacher who had us do this. He threw our packaged eggs from the roof of the school outside. It was so fun and I have always dreamed of having the kids do this too. My daughter's broke so that was upsetting for her, but I am encouraging her to try again and persevere just like scientist do. As a mom, I am enjoying this curriculum so much (I feel so much more relaxed!) and my kids are too.
