I am about to order volume 4. Are these printed to order or are they shipped out right away? does anyone know how they are shipped or about how long it takes to get? Can you tell I'm anxious?

I can understand your excitement!

I believe they're already printed and would ship out in a reasonable amount of time once the order is taken. I can't remember the method of shipment, but I do know it was timely.
