Time for the potty.

Ronnie is 6 now and I really must just get working on this task. I was reading posts about it on the homeschooling with down syndrome yahoo group and got inspired.

I am going to set my watch timer for every 1.5 hours and take her in. I liked the idea of sitting and saying "1,2,3, pee." Worked this morning.

Who knows my little guy may just join along. He knows when he is going already. Being diaper free could be a very nice thing. ;)

If anyone has any extra tips to share I would love to hear.

Noah does sit on the potty at school. However, at home he is not as interested. He can hold it for quite a while....then FLOOD out of the diaper. However, I don't feel like he has made a connection that he can hold/release it. :unsure: We're headed towards working on it, but probably nothing hard til warm weather.
