At one point Julie in AZ (I think) mentioned a book about the climate of the first Christmas. Something to the effect of "no snow on the manger." I can't think of the exact title. Does anyone know what I'm talking about?
My DD has asked to study penguins, and although they kinda' tie in with winter, they certainly aren't from the North Pole, nor were they at the first Christmas. I like to keep our Advent season Christ focused, so I thought that perhaps we could focus on what it really was like at the first Christmas, and toss in her penguins as part of the "what it was not like" section.
Thanks for the help!

Sorry I didn't see this sooner. I don't think it was me , but the book looks great. I added it to my wishlist. :)

I don't think it was me
Hmmm . . . now I'm curious who it really was.
