brain gym?

anyone use this? My kids' therapist recommended it. I tried looking online, but there seem to be so many books. If you are famliar with it, can you buy just the teachers manual and get by? I don't want to buy unneccesary materials.

I have taken a class (more than 10 years ago) and done some of the exercises off and on over the years but by no means have the info you are requesting. I do believe that brain gym has great value.

Yes, the Teacher's Manual is what you want. The little orange Brain Gym book is good, but the TM is better. It is so helpful to have someone show you the movements. They are easy, just even easier when someone shows you, ykwim?
