Does anyone have pictures of ornaments they have made in the past for the exchange on their blogs? Since this is my first year, I wanted to see some examples.
Thanks!

I have a picture on my blog of some FIAR ornaments. This isn't from one of the swaps here, but is a swap we do with our local FIAR group. :)

Two of mine made separate ornaments last year: Here's One (http://aussiepumpkinpatch.blogspot.com/2008/10/morgans-christmas-swap-ornaments.html) (these were all well received.)
Our FIAR (http://aussiepumpkinpatch.blogspot.com/2008/12/christmas-crafts-such.html) tree here with all the ornaments we received on it.
Don't know that you can really see it, but our little one painted (yes he did it) popsicle sticks white. When they dried I hot glued 5 into a "snowflake" shape. We printed out a picture of Mike Mulligan & one of Katy and we cut them into circles. One picture went on each side of the ornament. We let him sprinkle them with glitter, and Daddy drilled a hole in them to put the string through. We had to bubble wrap them to mail them though, for fear of breakage overseas.. I know a couple still had to be glued back together.. However, he was 5 and able to do the majority of it on his own, which was hugely important. Plus he picked the book and I had to come up with a theme from that. ;)

Kendra - Loved your ornaments! That is wonderful that your son made his! Too cute! I will have to see if my guys would like to do that. :) If you ever get a close up picture of his Mike Mulligan, I would love to see it!
I should have mentioned that our swap is a mom one. I haven't done any of the swaps here, so maybe that isn't how they are done. Anyway, someone might enjoy the pictures. :)

Here's ours from last year. My boys made these all by themselves and had a blast.

Leslie, I'll have to see if I have one, or just take one! ;) Those were clearly his two favorite stories and the funny thing is he wasn't officially in FIAR yet. Peter Rabbit is of course a very close 1/2/3 for him. He can quote all three of those books by heart. We went with the book last year for the eldest because he couldn't decide (at all) which book to choose. That shocked me because he's so very, very fond of Grandfather's Journey. So much so he's getting it as a present this year.. ;)

I have our ornaments from last year on my blog (http://blog.sweetblessings.us/?paged=3). :) I am transitioning to my own private blog and don't have all the kinks worked out yet, so you'll just have to scroll a little to see the entry. :)

The 'Home is where your story begins' on another photo is ours also My sons have participated in the exchange for many years. The first year, they made angels out of sea shells since we live at the jersey Shore. I suspect everyone got shell shrapnel although Hollie says hers came intact.

We had a Corduroy sent to us last year. ;) Must go find a snowflake to take a picture of without the kids getting TOO excited that Christmas is "coming". :)

WOW!
All of these ornaments are fantastic! We've signed up to participate this year. I'm now quite panicked about the whole thing - - you've all done beautiful ornaments. I better get thinking about ours. :)

~and some of my early ones were not. I always have my guys make them. When they were younger and glue happy, a strange penguin ornament was sent out. They were  well...cute in that way that a truly sad attempt is cute when a small child tries to make a thing.

Our ornaments (http://shaunarumbling.blogspot.com/2008/11/wfmw-felt-food.html) last year were inspired by Little Nino's Pizzeria.
