Volume 4 - in print/OOP?

Would someone be willing to share a list from v4 of what is in print and oop, and which oop might be easily findable for purchase?

I'm thinking we might need v4 over BY, so trying to work out a plan. I do prefer purchasing the books, not getting them from the library if at all possible.
