A day early, I know...;)

We are finishing up Snowflake Bentley (that we started on Thursday) in anticipation of possibly seeing a few flakes this next week. :thumb:

Then we'll probably re-row Walking by Woods...

My mother-in-law is in town, so we're going to do some touristy stuff with her and let the kids enjoy their grandmother. She's leaving on Tueday so that's when we'll finish up Another Celebrated Dancing Bear.

I can't decide...We're a little behind what I originally scheduled...We'll either do Clown of God or The Bee Tree.

I gave up on our Christmas Around the World unit. The books seem a little advanced for her, so I want to wait a couple years on it. We'll probably flip through them as time permits.

We're going to continue with Cranberry Christmas then move on to Silver Packages later in the week.

Your book selections sound great for this time of year!

We are taking a break for December. We'll be reading Christmas books, doing crafts, and 3Rs.

Still doing Native Americans here. The last booked we rowed was Very Last First Time. Now I can't remember if there was another book we could pull in this week.

We are doing a study on snow. My 3 yo is doing The Snowy Day, my 6 yo is doing Katy and the Big Snow with a lapbook from Hands of a Child by the same name, and my oldest, 9, is doing a What is Snow? lapbook and reading different things. We watched The Magic School Bus Kicks up a Storm today and it went really well with the snow unit.

Next week, 3 yo will do The ABC Bunny, the 6 yo will do Amber on the Mountain, and the 9 yo is doing How the Grinch Stole Christmas study.
After that we are off till January!

Don't know what the first thing we do in January will be. Haven't gotten that far.

Good LucK!
