you are chasing your dog through the neighborhood and you come to a muddy clearing and the first thing that pops into your head is "I can't go over it, I can't go under it, I'll have to go through it"!!

You'd be surprised by just how many times that phrase happens in our everyday life!! "We can't go over it, we can't go under it. Oh no! We've got to go THROUGH it!" I even hear my dd recite that line in her pretend play.

She tries to use it on rain puddles. I try to be right there to remind her that she can go AROUND it! I think she would live in a puddle if I would allow it.

LOL!! I stepped outside the other day with my 2 yr old to get the mail, and I said something about it was a beautiful day. To which my 2 yr old replied "We're going on a bear hunt" So we had to stomp through the rocks and wander through the "forest" on our way back to the house.

Too funny! We were at our mango camp by the Niger river a couple of weeks ago. Sometimes we see hippos there, and my dds made up a whole "going on a hippo hunt." We went through the thorn fence, (Ow, ooo, ow, oo:lol: ) the sandy shore, the mud, the river, and more before we found the hippo and ran home. :) Such fun adventures B4FIAR creates!
