I do not know for sure and I hope I am not too pricey but I just sold my extra copy for $10ppd.
When I go to Half Price Books I look for B4,FIAR, and Beyond books and if I find some especially oop I get it and sell it pretty much just to break even. I know I loved the books and I want to pass it on to others who want them. Besides...I am addicted to the hunting of the books, LOL

I just got mine in a lot of books - but when the gal had them listed individually it was on the list for $10- so 11.99 is reasonable to me :).

Like Jen in OK I paid $13 for Red Carpet. That is including s/h. In the auction I won, I paid more for shipping than I did for the book. $13 was completely reasonable for me.
