We are having a WONDERFUL time sharing Cranberry Thanksgiving this week. However, I can't find a good coloring picture of the Mayflower online. HELP! HELP! Does anyone have a link?
Thanks so much,
Michele

You can find one here actually. Just click on previews and scroll down and you'll see it. It's the sample (http://www.homeschoolestore.com/catalog/product_info.php?products_id=16085) from Evan Moor's history pockets- Life in Plymouth.

Oh!!! THANK YOU! THANK YOU!!! First of all, thanks so much for taking the time to respond and give me a link. BUT..I really, REALLY wanted to buy this. Last night, I went to the publisher's website and was so sad that they only sold the "Hard book" version. I just don't have time to wait for shipping :/ Your link brought me to a pdf copy. WAA HOO!!!!! Dances of joy!!! Oh THANK YOU! I just LOVE LOVE LOVE Thanksgiving (I have been so blessed beyond my own expectations). We're enjoying the FIAR digital and this is the perfect compliment. Thank you SO MUCH!!!! Oh..wish that I could give you a hug!
Thanks again,
Michele

Michele I'm glad to help. I'm so happy that is just what you wanted. I thought it was rather nice myself and History Pockets are really cool anyway.
Enjoy!

Heather,
Would this be appropriate for my 6 yos (history buff) doing Kindergarten? I looked at the preview and those pages look great, but I noticed the ages said 8-10 and the grade level said 1-3. What do you think?
Thanks,
Shannon

My Ker does them. In fact, last year he was four and did bits and pieces of the pioneer one. Coloring, cutting, pasting, and a bit of writing or just tracing or dictating to me is what we've done.

Hey Heather...(or anyone who uses these) about how long does it take to go through one? Is this something we could do in a week? 2? Or do you have it last a semster? TIA!

It depends...I use them to embellish the topic so you can make it last a week or more whatever your needs are. It could definitely be a unit study lasting up to 3 or 4 weeks. It's good stuff.
Or you can use what you want out of it for a shorter study. It just depends on what you are looking for.

We also love them. I usually pick the best stuff and use it for a week. There can be a lot of cutting. When the boys were younger I used to pre-cut around the outer edges of the projects to help them out.
