I printed it last night b/c we're rowing SB in a couple of weeks. :)

Warining: You don't need to print every page if it doesn't snow where you live. There are some activities that require you to catch snow.

Thanks Kendall! I doubt it'll snow here this year. I downloaded it. I love free lapbooks!

I downloaded it yesterday and thought the same thing. We are going to row it in Jan when we do have snow! One of the girls will be getting the book for Christmas.

Thanks!

We read SB last winter and enjoyed it. This year we get to row it! It will be our first book after the holidays.

Sadly, my girls have never experienced snow. Maybe this year...

 I am sad for your girls too. We will pray for snow for you.

I have lived in Michigan all my life so snow is expected. That is all my girls have talked about for the last month . I heard excited squeels when the girls awoke to the first frost, "Mommy, it's going to snow soon, the ground is white with frost, it will be cold enough for snow soon!" then the questions started. "Mommy, when will it snow? Mommy, can we play in the snow when it snows? Mommy, will Daddy help us make a snowman? Mommy, do we get a snow day on the first snow like last year?" Yes, we took a snow day just so they could enjoy the snow. Hope I never have to try to explain that one to school officials  Now if only I could work up as much excitement about the snow as they do.

All these question usually lead up to stories about the blizzards we've had, the things their Uncle and I did in winter, or my Husband and his sisters, heating only with wood etc.

The funny thing is about mid February they will be complaining about the cold and asking when it will be warm enough to take the paddle boat out etc.
