I need a pick me up

I love FIAR and so does my daughter, my older son even sneaks in also when she is doing her lessons:0) But these past four weeks I have really gotten off track. I am trying to plug through the stuff we are supposed to be doing and we're getting alot of it done but we are out of synch. We haven't been reading in our reading spot, doing it at the right time, or doing our work in the right order. It shouldn't put us that off but it has. Has anyone else gotten off ever and how do you get back on track? I think a lot of it is that we have a really busy schedule right now. I hope we can get back in our groove!

It makes me feel better to know that I am not alone at least:-)
After I posted earlier I decided that we would do our current book for two weeks and that today we would start a lapbook. Call me ADD but being physical helps me get re-focused. I think it's working!
