State-related books for Vol. 4

I have Volumes 1-3, but not 4. We are studying the states this year and I want to be able to put the books that mention a particular state at the time we will be studying that state. So which books in volume 4 go with a particular state? Hopefully some of them are out in digital format! Thanks!
