View Full Version : Does FIAR have a scope and sequence per volume anywhere?

Hate to be so formal with y'all, but I've got to finish my Individualized Home Instruction Plans for my kids and I'm set with my oldest as he's in BY.

I'm thinking it would be a pretty dull activity to extract all that stuff from the titles I have in mind this year.

I'd rather be planning our time together at this point!;)

So...anyone have a tried and true method of doing this if you need to report specifics ahead of time?

Thanks!

Heather,

Have you looked at the back of each of the FIAR vol. 1-3 manuals? There's several pages of things that are covered. That's what I've used for the scope and sequence.

Well now that you mention it I do see a master subject index...very nice. I think that will do.

Somehow I need to distinguish which ones we will do though unless I just name books in my report. We are switching around between volumes 1-4 traveling all over.

Thanks Mare! I hadn't paid attention to how the index would be helpful for this.

There is a extensive FIAR classification chart that matches it by book, but only for volumes 1-3.
