OOP (Out of Print) BOOKS

The prices for these out of print books have been updated a little but not as much as some may prefer. The reason for this is that the FIAR Team sincerely desires each family to utilize libraries, thrift stores, used book stores and garage sales to augment their personal libraries with out of print titles rather than spending many hard-earned dollars to purchase just one book. Another reason that we list these books here is so FIARowers will recognize them in used book stores, library sales and elsewhere.

The prices that we have set forth on this page are what we consider to be fair and reasonable. We are not responsible and refuse to take responsibility for the higher prices being paid by many for these same titles. The intention from the beginning was for FIAR-users to utilize their libraries and save money; it is absolutely impossible for us to contradict that intention by recommending these same families spend over "normal" homeschool budgets in order to obtain all the titles.

Steve and Jane Lambert acquired in 2001 the last OOP book they didn't own and recommend not spending more than today's new book price for any out of print title. Thank you for understanding and consider (pray!) carefully before spending large amounts of money for only one, generally in used condition, out of print book.

Sincerely, The FIAR Staff

Top prices should always refer to hardcover and good condition!
